Fried Donuts

Fried Donuts recipe. INGREDIENTS 140g (1 cup) all-purpose flour; 240ml (1 cup) water; 3 eggs; 75 g (⅓ cup) butter; a pinch of salt; ½ tsp vanilla extract. METHOD Place water and butter over medium heat and boil until butter melts. Add in salt and flour, mix with a spoon until the dough forms. Add vanilla extract into the dough, then crack in 3 eggs, one at a time, while working the batter with a hand mixer. Transfer the batter into the piping bag and pipe out 12 rings onto a parchment. Cook each fritter in preheated oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden on both sides.
